Information we collect

When the application form is connected to a secure application service, it may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, province, age eligibility response, English proficiency, education, stable internet connection, availability, experience and computer-skills responses, and consent record. You may choose to upload a resume. Please do not submit identification documents, bank information, or other sensitive personal information through the initial application.

How we use your information

Application information is intended to help Cedrela evaluate your profile for recruitment opportunities and contact you about potential next steps. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment.

Storage and service providers

Application details are stored in a server-side MySQL database. Optional resumes are stored in a private directory outside the public website root and can be downloaded only by an authenticated recruitment administrator. If a candidate is invited to an interview, the system may also store the interview date and time, meeting platform and link, interviewer, attendance, English assessment, and private recruitment notes. The system can send application, interview, and status notifications by email. Cedrela should identify the actual hosting and email providers and confirm their applicable data terms before publication. Resumes are not attached to notification emails.

Retention

The default configurable retention period is 180 days. The operator should confirm that the cleanup schedule is active and that this period meets business and legal requirements before accepting applications.

Your choices and requests

To request access to or deletion of application information already held by Cedrela, contact info@cedrelapanama.com. Cedrela may need to verify a request before acting on it and may retain information where required for a legitimate legal or operational reason.
